Seller: Midnight Forge Studios, a division of The Compass Collective. Support: midnightforgenyc@gmail.com
The buyer is responsible for reviewing the requirements shown before payment and confirming the intended computer meets them. Failure to meet disclosed requirements is not a defect. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not responsible for incompatibility or reduced performance caused by unsupported hardware or operating systems, insufficient memory or storage, drivers, security settings, third-party software or models, changes to third-party services, or failure to follow setup instructions.
Ollama and qwen3:8b are separate free third-party downloads, are not included in the purchase, and are governed by their own licenses. Their continued availability and performance are not controlled or guaranteed by Midnight Forge Studios.
The purchase grants one customer a non-transferable license to install and use one copy for personal or business podcast-production work. The software may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, published, shared, reverse engineered, or provided to another person except where applicable law expressly permits. Customer-created original content remains the customer’s content, subject to applicable third-party rights and laws.
Because this is downloadable software, refund requests are considered for duplicate purchases, failure to receive the file, or a verified material defect that support cannot correct. A change of mind, failure to read the disclosed requirements, unsupported equipment, or unwillingness to install required third-party components does not ordinarily qualify for a refund. This policy does not limit any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
The software is provided “as is” without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. The seller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular generated content, income, audience growth, or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy terms. The seller receives ordinary transaction and contact records needed to fulfill purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and meet legal obligations. Podcast scripts processed through the local Ollama setup remain on the customer’s computer unless the customer independently shares them.
The customer is responsible for reviewing generated material, verifying facts, quotations, permissions, and legal compliance, maintaining backups, and deciding whether any generated or rewritten content is suitable for publication.
Effective August 11, 2026. These terms should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel for the seller’s jurisdiction before public launch.
