How do I receive the audiobook?+
After successful payment, follow Stripe's post-payment instructions to open the audiobook delivery folder and download the files.
Can I listen offline?+
Yes. Download the delivered MP3 files and save them to your phone, tablet, or computer for offline listening.
Can I purchase it for someone else?+
Contact Iron Quill before purchasing so the delivery instructions can be prepared for the intended recipient.

SERVICE TERMS AT A GLANCE
Know the agreement before you purchase.
This summary explains the main business terms. The fillable Author Services Agreement provided after payment contains the complete terms and controls if a summary differs.
Annual renewal and cancellation +
The first service year is included. Beginning on the first anniversary, hosting, listing, protected delivery, and ordinary support renew for $49 per year, plus applicable tax. Advance notice is provided. The author may opt out before the renewal date through the available Stripe customer portal or by written notice; cancellation prevents the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid term.
Setup-fee refunds +
The setup payment and any project-specific charges stated in the written quote become nonrefundable after work begins, except where required by law or when Iron Quill materially fails to provide the agreed service and does not correct that failure after written notice.
Revisions, acceptance, and payment responsibility +
The author receives one consolidated round of objective corrections submitted within 10 calendar days. A change in creative direction, replacement of approved materials, or additional revision work may require a separate written fee. When Iron Quill delivers the audiobook according to the approved written scope and supplied materials, the author remains responsible for the agreed charges even if the author later changes their preference or decides they do not like an approved creative choice. This does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived.
Customer refunds and disputes +
Iron Quill may issue reasonable customer refunds, address disputes, prevent fraud, and suspend access when necessary. Refunds and chargebacks reduce Net Sales before the author’s share is calculated.
Rights and permissions +
The author must own or control the rights required for all submitted manuscripts, narration, performances, music, sound effects, artwork, photographs, trademarks, names, and metadata. Synthetic narration or voice cloning must be disclosed and supported by documented consent.
Privacy and project information +
Iron Quill protects nonpublic business, production, account, and customer information and uses necessary service providers, including Stripe and the project-delivery platform, to process payments and fulfill the service. Customer and transaction records are handled according to applicable law and the complete agreement.
No sales guarantee +
Iron Quill does not guarantee sales, rankings, reviews, audience growth, retailer acceptance, uninterrupted availability, or income.
